Coffee Break: What songs have helped you out?
With The Current
May is Mental Health Month, brought to you by our colleagues over at Call to Mind - an initiative that aims to foster new conversations about mental health.
As Call to Mind says, half of us will personally experience at least one mental health condition in our lifetime. And yet misconception and discrimination still exist. So this morning, let's build up some understanding and connection around mental health.
For today's 9:30 Coffee Break, what songs do you want to hear that have helped you out by supporting your mental well-being?
And while you are brainstorming your ideas and commenting below, consider submitting them for a special Radio Free Current on Saturday, May 18, 2019.
